Our club operates out of Athena Performance Redditch, a well equiped Strength & Conditioning Gym founded in 2022.
We are a purpose built, private facility
that caters for both beginner and competitive weightlifters, as well as
leisure users and athletes from other sports.
Our Coaching team has many years of coaching experience in Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning & Crossfit ensuring you are in safe hands for your Weightlifting Journey.
